From research / user insights at the Accenture Talent Innovation Lab, we found that one of the biggest painpoints our users faced was the ability to find experts on a particular topic that they can communicate with directly. My Mojo (more commonly referred to internally as "Talent Profile") is a responsive interface that we came up with that would allow employees to plan and schedule their work day as well as find experts to speak to within minutes. 

 

I wrote and put together a set of powerpoint slides that highlights the business value of personalization within the retail / e-commerce industry. It was an assignment given to me by a data and content management company.

 

I was given a white paper about Identity Data Management by a marketing and communications company. Here is the summarized presentation I created from the white paper. I also have an 800 word blog post and some short social tactics available from this assignment. 

 

The Talent Innovation Lab did preliminary research on Wearables and put together a summary of findings and steps to learn more.

As a digital strategist on IBM's GTS performancing marketing team, I drafted several blog posts related to our businesses for the holiday season. This post speaks about Mobility solutions that we offer in relation to the winter months, when cold and flu symptoms are at their peak. 

 

Together with neuroscience game start-up, Pymetrics, the Talent Innovation Lab at Accenture launched the Career Discovery app in September, 2015. We worked with Recruiting to invite graduating college students play games and apply for roles directly from their phone. Here is one example of an internal e-mail I wrote and buil with our designer to encourage Accenture employees to share the app.
